We are a proud local family run business made up of quality-focused trade service professionals in the Plumbing industry. In addition to the wealth of experience and knowledge within our teams, we are a registered member of Master Plumbers Association.  


Some of our key service areas include; Domestic & Commercial General Plumbing, Hot water systems, Rain water tanks and Gas fitting.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic administration professional to join our team. You will bring a positive attitude, be warm and friendly with excellent organisational skills, great communication skills and an autonomous nature with the desire to own the role.


You will be joining a fast paced office environment in a role that includes a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • – Invoice collation 
  • – Processing of weekly/monthly payments
  • – Purchase order processing
  • – Building and maintaining supplier relationships
  • – Maintaining an accurate accounts payable / receivable ledger
  • – General administrative duties as required
  • – Complying with all Company policies and procedures
  • – Managing fleet of vehicles

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar environment
  • Previous experience utilising Xero accounting software
  • Experience with Simpro job management software an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Highly developed communication skills (by email and phone).
  • Be a problem solver with the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team.
