Responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative support to the Managers across Patient Flow Services and Department Staff. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the Patient Flow Services and other members of multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role
Provide relief in various administrative positions within the Patient Flow Services as required.
The ability to clearly, concisely and effectively gather, exchange and participate in oral, interpersonal and written communication strategies, both appropriate and necessary to fulfil the job responsibilities in order to provide administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team within a hospital environment
Manage and complete general administration and secretarial duties including minute taking, typing, formatting, photocopying and filing.
Contribute to development of databases, as well as completing data entry and maintaining accuracy and integrity of information in various databases.
