Our specialties include multi-trauma, orthopaedics, stroke, cardiac, restorative, acquired brain injury, respiratory and pain management rehabilitation. Located in Glen Waverley on Springvale Road, the facility is within easy access to all Melbourne’s main road network.

About the Role

  • An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Receptionist / Administration Officer to join The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre Front Office Administration Team.

    The successful applicant will possess a conscientious work ethic as well as a willingness to become an integral part of a dynamic department.

    Individuals who can demonstrate experience in healthcare administration, have a commitment to customer service, good interpersonal skills and have enthusiasm and energy, are invited to apply

    The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Customer focused
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organisational, time management and problem solving skills
  • High level of administration skills
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Flexibility to work across all reception hours – 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm, Saturday & Sunday
  • Preferred Criteria

  • Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
  • PABX or other switchboard experience
  • IBA WebPas experience
  • Experience in healthcare administration
