Administration Officer – National Government Agency
This leading Government agency supports those in need and provides tools for Australians with Disabilities to achieve their goals. Their work has an impact on a significant area in the social sector, and you can be a part of the difference that they make in this role.
What will your duties include?
Organising calendars and appointments, responding to team priorities and timeframes.
Undertaking research, analysing documents and data.
Preparing meeting minutes and papers, and providing support in drafting written communications (briefs, letters, reports and project artifacts).
Undertaking document and database management.
Overseeing the procurement process and finance reconciliation.
Providing administrative support to the branch such as organising travel arrangements and training sessions, and supporting recruitment activities as required.
What will you bring to the role?
Proven experience in Administration tasks within a finance environment
Previous experience in the Public Sector is highly regarded
Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
A focus on problem solving skills
Have outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain networks within
