Our importing and exporting client in Port Melbourne are seeking an Administrator – Customer Service Co-ordinator with excellent attention to detail to support their business based in Port Melbourne.

Due to the location, having your own vehicle would be advantageous.

Specific duties include:

  • Answering Calls
  • Data Entry
  • General Administration tasks
  • Reception of customers calling in person
  • Dispute resolution with consumers
  • Answering and distributing queries via website and email
  • Answering general product inquiries
  • Monthly reports (Excel)
  • Service Department Stock adjustments
  • Tracking and tracing of product return enquires
  • Collecting and collating mail
  • Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask
  • Microsoft Office skills, word, excel
