**What you’ll achieve**
By applying Dell Technologies and storage industry knowledge, relationship development, and consultative selling skills, you will drive a solutions-based engagement model with key Dell Technologies customers and partners. Working in conjunction with other Dell Technologies Pre-Sales team members and Account Executives, you will leverage appropriate Dell Technologies offerings and expertise to objectively address the customer’s needs in an effort to become their trusted advisor.

+ Build and communicate an account technology plan which includes future state architectures, tactical initiatives and achievements and business relevant technology solutions that are consistent with Dell Technologies strategic business focus
+ Research and communicate technology, industry and market trends and mentor customers on their application
+ Maintain knowledge of driven solutions to efficient address and have an understanding of HDS, IBM and NetApp Storage solutions
+ Establish “trusted solution advisor” relationships and own the presales relationship between Dell Technologies and assigned partners and customers
+ Ensure assigned partners receive appropriate levels of Dell Technologies Presales support for complex solutions that are beyond the capabilities of that partner to design and position
+ Use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel partner and customer objections to Dell Technologies solutions

+ Relevant selling experience or hands-on implementation/architecture experience (in vendor, partner, customer or SP)
+ 8 plus years experience in a relationship-selling role and experience selling and designing complex solutions for customers
+ Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements
+ Knowledge of storage and data protection products and solutions, Multi Cloud and Cloud Computing and Management/Orchestration
+ Dell /EMC Proven Professional Specialist Level certification or Azure, AWS, Google cloud certification
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Understanding of VMware, Multi-cloud, Security and Application development
