About this role
You will be servicing a new portfolio of existing agribusiness and commercial clients in the Wagga Wagga region. This is a crucial role for the team and you will be supported by a pool of Assistant Relationship Managers. Deal sizes will be up-$5m exposure. There will be ample room for business development on the agri-sector and room for growth. You will also use the Bank’s vast product suite to appropriately assist customers, acted as trusted advisor to attract deposits, credit submissions for debt and other products such as trade/invoice finance, transactional banking and FX.
You will need
Proven ability in dealing with rural businesses and agri-focus
Strong credit mindset/analytical skills and ability to assess a deal’s worthiness on-the-spot
Be able to effectively manage relationships, both internally and externally
Proactive team member and willingness to learn
Deliver exemplary customer service
