APS5 Client Services Manager

1 month contract with the possibility of extension | North Canberra Location | Hourly rate of $48.81 plus superannuation

Our State Government client is currently seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join their team on a contractual basis. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of tenancies and providing advice and support to the tenants.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Undertaking client service visits and carrying out routine property inspections
  • Recording information in accordance with the business rules
  • Assisting clients to resolve tenancy issues and take appropriate action when there are breaches of tenancy agreements
  • Monitoring case plans and providing input into planning and delivery of services
  • Preparing general correspondence and providing information for and drafting responses to ministerial correspondence
  • Planning workload to achieve business targets

    Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
