    Detailed job description – Skill Set:

    Need Architect at Perth with below skills

  • Insights & Embedment : Re-evaluate existing standards and build priority list of gaps based on asset demand and strategy. Build framework and anchor models from a user perspective that would provide a holistic view of Standards and where and how they fit in the Value chain and organisation construct. This may also involve authoring new standards and uplifting existing standards. Additionally, there are other types of documents in the TFL e.g. procedures, policies, reference architectures, guides etc. that will need to fit into the framework and natural owners identified.
  • Create & Embed Architecture Playbook to describe ways of working including how architecture is connected to the business and across Technology- aligning to leadership and values. Build on Architecture strategy so that architecture community has clarity of purpose. Playbook must cover various chapters in the areas of productivity, culture, user experience, ways of working etc. The Playbook should also be communicated and embedded into the regional architecture and delivery teams.
  • Refine and improve Architecture templates to :
  • Merge Cyber and architecture requirements and design as single artefacts.
  • Tailor for bi-modal project delivery (Agile & Waterfall)
  • Consolidate and close gaps that may currently exist for an end to end Solution Delivery (inception to handover)
  • Consolidate, tailor and simplify where possible for emerging areas e.g. Data Strategy initiatives, Digial Factories and Cloud Acceleration teams.
  • Consolidate, tailor and simplify where possible for diverse Technology and Asset based teams and initiatives.
  • Refine architecture governance principles and guardrail contents into an existing architecture self-assessment.
  • Consolidate cyber and supply review processes, tools and templates for a better user experience. Socpe includes merging people, process and tools for:
  • Technology Cybersecurity Assessment
  • Confidentialy, Integraty Availability Assessment
  • Third Party Risk Assessment
  • Data Privacy Impact Assessment.
  • Embed and drive these requirements into self-service by providing upfront guidance and to all Technology and Business initiatives
  • Support Learning System and Training co-ordination for security and architecture training for new joinees to set bar for skills & culture. Apply skills assessment for all Architects. Introduce KPI’s will measure soft & hard skills that will apply to all Architecture FTE, contractors and Vendors.
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to handle large technically complex projects utilizing time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Works well under pressure by aligning with company’s set strategic direction.
  • Strong problem-solving ability: both business and technical level. Able to work collaboratively to resolution with diverse stakeholders.

  • Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience working in Technology with a combination of Technical Business Analysis and Architecture skills.
  • End to End project methodology and architecture process and framework implementation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment.
  • Domain knowledge of Mining/Resources Industry is desirable.
