In search of an Architectural Revit Senior Documenter for one of Melbourne’s most active, local, Property Developers. Having completed 100 developments over their almost 30 years of industry experience, this is your chance to build your knowledge and make a difference!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exercise high precision trade, discretion and operative skills
  • Understand and apply quality control techniques
  • Provide design development and documentation to procure Building Permits and liaise with all required Consultants and Project Managers throughout the process of documentation
  • Provide support to Planning Manager in relation to Town Planning matters, including satisfying planning conditions and preparation of TP endorsement packages
  • Provide take off information for the construction department, to obtain costing relevant to specific trades, suppliers and budgeting requirements
  • Liaise with the Sales & Marketing departments during the documentation process, to ensure the integrity of the development is maintained as sold to the purchasers
  • Assist the Team Leader to ensure the project timeline reflects project forecasting, reviewing Architectural and consultant documentation to gain cost saving methodologies
  • Maintain all current building permits and any required revised plans for all current developments

Requirements:

  • Autodesk Revit skills with 5+ years’ industry experience
  • Strong construction technical knowledge
  • Review the building methodology for the most economical construction methods
  • Ensure personal qualifications and requirements relevant to this role and pursuant to relevant law, are current and up to date
