We are seeking an individual with significant experience within the Canberra market and who can demonstrate their knowledge of Defence and Government account relationships.

The Role

The Architecture Leader role supports the Head of Architecture to deliver the responsibilities of the Design Layer.

The Architecture Leader is responsible for;

  • Leading the ACT architecture community, sitting across a number of strategic account and working with Account architects to ensure architecture ownership and excellence.
    • In conjunction with Account architect’s, define and deliver technical projects/strategies/architectures for the Architecture Groups within ACT
    • In conjunction with Account Architect’s, create, iterate, and maintain structures such as enterprise and business architectures
    • In conjunction with Account Architect’s, deliver the Oceania business goals and drivers for the region
  • Participating and managing Technical Governance, Resource Planning and Recruitment across ACT Architecture team.
  • Ensure optimal outcomes in customer satisfaction, revenues realisation and margin attainment

Core skills required

  • Leadership and/or consulting experience as well as broader business experience.
  • Architecture, sales, consulting and delivery.
  • An expert understanding of Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Sound knowledge of the Defence and Government sectors, with proven delivery and relationships.
  • Ideally ten years’ experience at leadership level in a similar role based in Canberra
