Aruba currently has a fantastic opportunity for aMid-Market Territory Development Managerto be based in Melbourne. You will closely partner with a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and pipeline within an assigned territory. This role will suit a driven recent graduate or individual with around 1 years’ sales experience who is wanting to progress their career with an industry recognised leader and visionary in IT networking, security and IOT.
As Mid-Market Territory Development Manager you will: –
+ Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective medium business customers within assigned territory
+ Drive new revenue sales for the Aruba portfolio to a targeted list ofmedium business customers within assigned territory
+ Drive awareness and new opportunities through targeted user forums, events and territory campaigns
+ Work collaboratively with external Channel Partners to align customer requirements across product and services
+ Provide quoting and pricing in a timely manner
+ Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Aruba’s products and services
+ Proactively manage monthly and quarterly forecasts and updates in Salesforce
+ Remain updated on the IT industry including Networking, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning
+ Achieve/overachieve assignedsales quota
About You: –
+ Proven interest in a Sales through work experience, internships or extracurricular activities.
+ Work experience in a Sales, Hospitality or Customer Service role highly regarded.
+ Excellent all-round communication skills – phone manner, interpersonal, verbal, written.
+ Able to engage with people and build relationships.
+ Results-oriented, solutions focused, out of the box thinker, energetic, perseverant, resourceful.
+ Team player able to work across business functions and groups effectively.
+ Bachelor Degree in either Business, Computing Science or similar related disciplines preferred.
