About the role
The role of Strategic Asset Manager is responsible for the strategic asset direction of Compass’s Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) portfolio including managing new development projects and planned upgrades, cyclical and responsive maintenance on Compass’s existing portfolio. The role will ensure that the properties are maintained to Compass’ asset standard, compliant with SDA standards, whilst providing person centred service delivery to all SDA residents, families and external stakeholders.
