Working closely with the Executive Assistant Manager to drive guest service initiatives throughout a diverse Front Office Team you will empower them to always go the extra mile for our guests. You will coach and mentor Guest Service Agents to grow their career, whilst capitalising on networking and learning opportunities for your own career growth and development. Ideally you will have Front Office experience in a similar role. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work a flexible 7 day roster.
