With us, you’ll experience **Learning** . Upon joining REA group as an Associate Developer, you will begin your journey on a structured learning & development program with a pathway to a Developer role.
As an Associate Developer you will receive the support in the following ways:
+ A People Manager from the squad that you join
+ A Technical Mentor from the squad that you join
+ 3 monthly check-ins to set up and maintain your learning program
+ Access to our internal learning platform (REA-University) including tech specific courses as part of School of Tech
+ Access to REA funded training programs (e.g. AWS training)
+ Access to industry thought leaders (via our REA Guilds)
**What you will learn:**
+ Being part of a great team, delivering value on our products.
+ AWS – all our developers create, support, and monitor infrastructure using Amazon Web Services. There’s loads of internal support so don’t be afraid if this is new.
+ Agile – REA is renowned for its agile approach. Teams are given the autonomy to come up with solutions independently in cross-functional teams.

+ A passion for learning and the ability to self-teach
+ An existing investment and ongoing commitment in your own learning and/or career change pathway (Hackathons, Short Courses and other Self-learning)
