About the role
The Department of Premier & Cabinet is excited to present the opportunity for an Associate Director to join the Change & Engagement Branch. The purpose of the role is to support priority projects and change related functions including the development and delivery of internal communications and events to strengthen corporate initiatives and drive high levels of staff engagement in the work and culture of the Department.
Clerk Grade 11/12. Package includes base salary ($128,089 – $148,134) plus superannuation and leave loading.

The Change and Engagement Branch plans and delivers ongoing and time sensitive strategic projects and change processes to drive Cluster, Department and Group performance improvements along with providing high quality support services to the Premier and Ministry.
