In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.

Based in South Brisbane and reporting to the Ground Engineering Leader for CWN – this will be a 12 to 18 month contracting CPS site based role. The purpose of this role is to provide engineering capability to our project team and provide technical expertise across the civil/roads projects.
**Here’s What You’ll Need:**
You will have sound knowledge in preparing geotechnical designs and deliverables for transport & general infrastructure projects and work as a lead engineer on a range of Engineering/infrastructure projects. Key to the success in this role will be your ability to supports our virtual teaming strategy for the technical discipline to cement a culture of sharing and mobility across the business. You will have experience in project/design management of small to medium projects and packages to align with fulfilling the role of a Professional Engineer and competent design professional for applicable reviews for the business.
Key requirements for the role:
+ Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology.
+ Familiarity with site investigation techniques
+ Geotechnical reporting skills
+ Geotechnical Software (gINT, Slope/W, PLAXIS etc) and analysis/design techniques
+ RPEQ qualfication
+ Experience working within a CPS environment
