POSITION SUMMARY

Provide assistance to arriving and departing guests by handling their luggage, explaining hotel and guest room, facilities, creates a more personalized service for our hotel guests.

Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies. Follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures (e.g., blind drops).
