Your new role

You will be responsible for the proposal of bids to existing or prospective clients for projects. As bid manager you will ensure the smooth running of the bid for a project within the correct time and financial parameters, and manage the relationship with the client.

Key responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following;

  • The end to end tender management process nationally i.e. conduct bid management
    meetings / kick off calls with all relevant internal stakeholders, set timetable for each proposal / tender
    and distribute to all relevant stakeholders etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders / National Directors.
  • Receiving tender notifications and distribute to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Writing, updating and maintaining the tender library and tender templates.
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders and departments to maintain knowledge of company operations.
  • Liaising with Global Client Solutions Team, as required, in the preparation of global tender opportunities.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of quality assured bid management processes.
  • Assisting manage internal and external quality audits of bid management system.
  • Your skill and experience

  • 5+ years proven Bid Management experience.
  • 5+ years experience within the Recruitment Industry.
  • Project Management experience.
  • High level of written and spoken communication.
  • Demonstrated customer service and administration experience.
  • Numeracy and IT ability.
