In this role you will be responsible for managing a medium sized profit centre with the focus on driving sales and business initiatives to increase the Companies profile in the Region, in turn increasing sales revenue and profitability. As a proactive Manager, you will be involved in overseeing all aspects of the business including sales, manufacturing, operations and logistics, OH & S, finance and administration. In “leading from the front”, you will be involved in developing, training, and motivating your team, and encouraging a customer service-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will have a successful background as a Manager in the building industry – having worked in a manufacturing operation where you have been responsible for a medium sized team working across both manufacturing and sales. You will have demonstrated Company growth and been proactive in driving commercial success.
