We are currently in an exciting period of growth and business expansion. Our operation is currently seeking to employ an experienced Branch Manager to commence our Queensland operation.

About this opportunity
The Branch Manger will be responsible to run, the day to day operations of the branch. The main focus of the role is to achieve: new client growth, high level of customer satisfaction, great team culture, organic growth, weekly and monthly targets (measured in temp billable hours). You will be working as a lone wolf to begin with a remit to grow.
 
Selection Criteria: 

  • Recruitment Branch Management experience, is essential. 
  • Running and managing a temp recruitment agency, is mandatory. 
  • Managing and developing small teams, must have a proven track record. 
  • New Business Development Skills. 
  • Great Customer Service Skills. 
  • High Level Account Management Skills. 
  • Current Drivers License.
  • Own Transport.
