As a Team Leader you will support the Manager to run PPG’s Welshpool branch in an efficient and effective way. Work Monday to Friday, to Enjoy weekends and public holidays off as well as break during the Christmas period! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all existing and new customers ensuring their orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Management & booking of freight services
  • Stock control
  • Participate in colour tinting as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
  • Follow strict WHS requirements, ensuring the safety of not only you but your staff and customers too
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in encouraging & leading teams to excel in their roles
  • A background in manufacturing, warehouse or logistic/operations
  • Knowledge of paints/coatings and paint tinting is an added bonus
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Prior exposure to booking and handling freight is preferred
