Talent International are currently seeking a Business Analyst  with advanced Excel skills to work on a major migration project to deliver for a large healthcare provider, based in the Brisbane CBD. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend.

  • About the role:

    We are seeking a Business Analyst to work as part of the business engagement team. The role will:

  • Engage with and influence key stakeholders, at all levels, across the organisation.
  • Provide analysis of user and device data from multiple sources in order to inform the detailed content of the deployments.
  • Work with the project team to shape the scope of the deployments
  • Coordinate user verification testing to enable deployments to progress.
  • Coordinate pilot groups to verify the Citrix build before release.
  • Participate in organisational change management activities to facilitate the deployments.
  • Source data and chart results for status reporting to provide insights on deployments.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships and that support and strengthen our D&T partnerships and brand.
  • Required experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing roll out activities on IT projects. Exposure to change management principles, methodologies, tools and artefacts.
  • Advanced Excel is a must 
  • Strong track record in applying organisational change management principles, protocols and methods and demonstrated successful application of these within a large, decentralised organisation
  • Knowledge of change and communications planning techniques including the ability to assess and manage multiple approaches and tactics that work for varying and geographically dispersed audiences.
  • Highly effective stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops and challenging conversations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in influencing others and obtaining consensus / approvals.
  • Strong relationship building, stakeholder engagement & management skills
  • Desirable:

  • Experience of delivering outcomes in an “Agile’ environment
  • Experience of managing communications within a health care provider environment.
