What will you do?

As a person who cares, listens and is prepared to deliver results, your primary role as a Business Development Consultant is to network with local businesses to gain a thorough understanding of their operations, their objectives and challenges. With this understanding you’ll be instrumental in helping these businesses develop appropriate employment opportunities which both advance their business goals and also provide an opportunity for employment for a person with a disability, injury or health condition. You will:

  • Identify, implement and maintain strategies to attract and retain employers for our DES (Disability Employment Service) Customers
  • Effectively negotiate employment opportunities with local businesses for our Customers
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships with other stakeholders 
  • This is a unique opportunity to join a high performing team in a national not-for-profit organisation with a collaborative and inclusive culture.

    This role is a full-time position and will be offered as a Fixed Term Contract until 30 June 2023.
