Due to growth Belle Property Pymble are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who is excited about building their career in real estate.

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Source and generate leads for new business
  • Build and maintain database for potential new clients as requested
  • Attend listing presentations and advise clients as required
  • Develop and co-ordinate business
  • Develop marketing strategies for the Property Management Department
  • Establish relationships and systems within the sales department to encourage referrals
  • Actively contribute to forecasting of financial and net gain targets of business plans
  • Achieve budgets and targets as indicated in Key Performance Indicators
  • Leasing of all new and existing properties
  • Complete referencing for all new applicants
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential, Licence preferred. 
  • The successful candidate will have:

  • You need to be enthusiastic, efficient, detailed and excel in customer service.
  • You must be self-motivated, with a polished appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A real estate licence/certificate, driver’s licence and car are essential.
  • Experience within the real estate industry is ideal.
  • Attractive salary plus commissions. This is a Monday – Saturday role with a day off during the week.
  • Salary negotiable on experience. OTE 120K
