About the role
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and managing high-value Mortgage Brokers to achieve lending volume and retention targets and contribute to overall portfolio growth. You’ll bring your solid understanding of the broker business to identify product and service opportunities and to assist them in running strong businesses which are aligned to our offerings.
Thriving on business excellence, you will have either previous business development or credit related experience and be a professional who prides yourself on maintaining strong industry networks and as someone who understands the unique drivers and opportunities within the Broker industry. Your diverse experience and knowledge in mortgage lending will also be accompanied by:
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a similar discipline would be an advantage.
