Job Description

An exciting, entrepreneurial position has arisen for one of Australia’s leading suppliers of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, tank and material handling equipment used across Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Personal Care and Desalination industries.

As part of their continued growth, we are looking to identify a self-motivated and ambitious individual to grow the business in Queensland.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working from a home office close to Brisbane, you will call upon new and existing customers across the aforementioned industries, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage manufacturers across SE QLD from the Gold Cost up to the Sunshine Coast.

The successful incumbent will have autonomy within the role and real potential to help build the company’s presence in the state over the years to come. As such is would suit a proven Sales/BDM who is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Other key requirements for the role include:

  • Established network of customers across relevant industries, specifically F&B manufacturers.
  • Sales experience across various routes to market i.e. direct to End Users, via Distribution, through OEMs and EPC contractors.
  • Product experience across pumps, valves, heat exchangers and related equipment is expected.
  • Motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
