MAK Industrial Water Solutions is a national water & waste water treatment specialist. From its Malaga Head Office MAK Water designs & manufactures a wide range of water treatment plants.

As a key supplier to the industrial, mining and resources industry we have branches across Australia to ensure a high level of operational and maintenance support for our clients.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical, dynamic and commercially focused person to join a national company with its head office in WA. 

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the principle focus of this role is to:

  • Grow the service and maintenance business 
  • Quote and implement site upgrades/overhauls
  • Provide technical support and assistance for spare parts and component sales
  • Finding new clients
  • Initiate and build long-term relationships
  • Preparing quotes and administering client accounts
  • Providing technical assistance and product education
  • Provide technical support to clients by performing system evaluations and recommendations

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trade or degree qualification with a solid technical background
  • Experience in the water and wastewater industry
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
