Summary:

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager based in our North Sydney office within the Healthcare technology sector.

We are currently looking for a competent and experienced sales executive to add to our highly functioning team in our Sydney office. Supported by the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers and developing sales plans for implementation. Strong ability to build pipeline and a flair for identifying new opportunities is a must. You will spend the majority of your day face to face with clients building rapport and promoting our products so you must possess an engaging and positive personality, with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

+ To independently present and sell the company’s products within the assigned territory within the healthcare vertical.

+ To build robust pipeline opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.

+ Identify new opportunities and seek out innovative sales approaches which gains results.

+ Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.

Qualifications

Number of Years of Work Experience: 5

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in meeting KPIs and quotas

• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment

• Ability to create new sales opportunities and generate revenue

• Strong professional values emphasizing customer service, results, outcomes and quality

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a direct sales role

• Able to build and nurture external stakeholder relationships

• Accurately predict trends and analyse the company’s position in the local market

• Committed to continuous growth, change and improvement

• Previous experience in a fast paced sales environment

• An understanding of IT software solutions, although not essential, is an advantage

Preferred Skills: Experience selling to government or Healthcare is preferred, especially at a C-suite level

Education: BA/BS Degree in business management, marketing, computer science or online marketing or equivalent experience
