Our Care Service Employees work as part of an integrated team of carers and staff attending to the individual needs of residents and promote a person centred approach to care. They provide a high level of care and assistance to the residents while upholding their dignity and individual needs.ABOUT THE ROLEYou will play key role in delivering our award winning model of care and make a real difference to residents’ quality of life.In the role of Care Service Employee at The Salvation Army, you will build strong, positive relationships with our residents and be responsible for the delivery of personal care and assistance to meet individual needs of our consumers.
