We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate administrator to join Dexus and our friendly collaborative team at Willows Shopping Centre as the Centre Administrator.
As a Centre Administrator at Dexus, Willows Shopping Centre you’ll have a direct impact on the operation of our business. Your contribution will shift the way our people work and how our projects come to life, enabling the broader Dexus team to progress.

You will join a fun, collaborative and supportive team and take on responsibility for the daily banking, processing invoices, raising and receipting purchase orders, sending invoices to corporate AP, lease administration, when required.
Another important part of the role will be the management of administration functions of the centre management office including the provision of general reception duties including, answering the telephone, attending to customer and tenant enquiries and the distribution of mail.
This role will involve contractor management, ensuring all are compliant and all site induction procedures followed along with the processing monthly generation and sundry charges for electricity & extended trade, sullage & one-off items.
The ideal addition to our team at Willows Shopping Centre will have demonstrated ability to use initiative, work autonomously and assume full responsibility of completion of tasks. They will have strong knowledge of administrative and financial management procedures along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of JDE is preferred but not a must.
We are looking for a friendly individual who enjoys being creative, proactive and keeping themselves and everyone else organised and an individual who will prides themselves on great customer service and the completion of tasks.
Ideally you will have administration experience, previous work experience within a Shopping Centre is preferable. The new member of this strong and supportive team will have the ability to get on with a range of people with diverse personalities, be highly adaptable to change, strong attention to detail and you will not be afraid of bringing new ideas to the table on how we can improve process and efficiencies.
