Position Information:

The Clinical Network Administrator will play a key role in administrating our growing list of external clinicians. The clinicians include Specialists, GP’s, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Dieticians, Nurses and others. The role will report into our Medical Director and play an import part in coordinating with other departments within the organization.

As we grow our clinical programs and customer base, we will rely further on our clinical network to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To do that, we need a vibrant, responsive and engaged clinical network. This role will help us in our goal to ensure that our clinicians love working with us and are happy to refer friends and colleagues.

Additional Details About the Role:

The Clinical Network Administrator role will be responsible for all administrative oversight for our clinical network. This includes:

+ Managing the administrative process for the recruitment of clinicians. This includes working with our recruitment anciencies and keeping track of applications and progress

+ Managing the credentialing process of any clinicians being considered

+ Managing the contracting process of clinicians to ensure Agreements are executed and stored appropriately

+ Manage the training and onboarding process to ensure clinicians are brought into the organization appropriately

+ Manage the set up and access to our systems and tools, emails etc

+ Engaging with the network to assess availability and monitor accessibility to ensure our programs run smoothly

+ Reviewing and processing the payments for clinicians on a monthly basis

+ Provide administrative support to clinicians as required

+ Provides support and cover for roles in clinical operations, or other appropriate duties as required

+ Comply with data protection and member privacy guidelines and standards. Immediately report suspected privacy breaches

+ Comply with company policies and procedures

+ Understand and abide by organisational values

To Succeed in This Role You Will Need:

+ Experience in medical administration and dealing with clinicians

+ Experience with medical terminology around credentialing and medical practice

+ Great problem-solving skills

+ Strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills

+ Exceptional communication skills

+ Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills

+ Strong team player
