Joining us as a Clinical Nurse in our Acute Care team at the Woorabinda Hospital is your opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the nursing services delivered to Central Queensland’s Aboriginal Shire Council Community. Assuming a permanent full time role, this position will see you work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to guide and support a multidisciplinary team through the management and development of clinical services.

About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse assumes responsibility for the coordination of other Nurses (Registered. Enrolled and Assistant in Nursing)
in the delivery of care and for the after-hours operation of the service (including Aged Care residents). The Clinical Nurse is responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care, and may include quality, leadership, management, education and research.
Salary Information for the Clinical Nurse – Nurse Grade 6 (1):
The total remuneration value of up to $115,508 p.a. and is comprised of
– a salary between $94,545 – $101,237 p.a.
– up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
– 17.5% leave loading.
