The General Practice Liaison Office Program based in Eight Mile Plains are looking for a Clinical Nurse to join their Primary Care Partnerships unit. The Primary Care Partnerships Unit is an outpatient supporting and enabling service encompassing the MSH Central Referral Hub, Oral Health Emergency appointments, Community Referral Service; Outpatient Access and Contract management (Mater Brisbane and Springfield); General Practice Liaison, Business Practice Improvement and management of the ESM outpatient scheduling system for MSH.

About the Role
The purpose of the GPLO Clinical Nurse (CN) is to provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical management of GP advice and engagement to optimise care of patients, ensuring quality standards are met. This position works autonomously within the Healthcare Team and is pivotal in providing advice and assistance to support outpatient needs The CN provides clinical leadership for professional and clinical practice, education and research.
