Excitement is in the air with a number of clinical projects/trials initiated, creating multiple Clinical Research Specialist positions across NSW/VIC/QLD and WA as part of our ANZ Clinical Research team to oversee clinical trials and monitoring for our multiple businesses including Diabetes, Cardiovascular, Neurosciences and more business. Reporting to the Clinical Research Manager, this is a unique opportunity to join a highly skilled team of Clinical Research professionals executing on an innovative portfolio of research. You will be an experienced Clinical Research Associate or Clinical Research monitor, having had at least 1 years monitoring experience within medical devices/ Pharma or CRO. It is expected that you will be undertaking monitoring activities on devices trials in a way unique to any experience you have had to date. with state-based candidates the role aims to minimise travel but expose you to the many career progressing opportunities offered by this large company.
+ Support the execution of the clinical trials in Australia and New Zealand
+ Be present during case support for some of the trial support activities
+ Perform study monitoring and meet data base locks
+ Build relationships with key physicians and site staff
+ Support activities with, designs, plans and develops clinical evaluation research studies.
+ Provide feedback to global partner on protocol design and functionality from a site level
+ Conducts registered and non-registered clinical studies of products that have been determined to satisfy a medical need and/or offer a commercial potential.
+ Support activities related to interpret results of clinical investigations in preparation for new drug device or consumer application.
+ Oversees and resolves operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP) and specific country regulations and may prepare clinical trial budgets.
+ May be responsible for clinical supply operations, site and vendor selection.
+ Tertiary education in medical/ biological/ science/ nursing or equivalent field
+ Prior experience in a CRA role essential
+ Excellent stakeholder relationship management
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong ability to work well within a team and autonomously
+ Achievement oriented and ability to drive results with the highest quality standards
+ Computer skills (excellent knowledge of MS Office products).
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Good prioritization and organizational skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
