About the Role

The MSH Clinical Governance Division’s Patient Outcomes and Measurement Team provides leadership and support for measurement and evaluation with a primary focus on patient outcome measures. This team will support the Health Service Chief Executive in the measurement and evaluation of key priority areas. This team will have strong links with clinical informatics, decision support and the Centre of Nursing Excellence to maximise standardisation of reporting.

  • Responsible for the content expertise for Clinical Governance services to provide the highest standards of safe quality care and clinical nursing and midwifery practice to meet the requirements for person centred care.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement in the provision of contemporary nursing and midwifery practice.
  • Provide expert person-centred practice in the provision of direct and indirect patient care across the care continuum.
