**About the Role:**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic Commercial Policy & Pricing Manager to join our team in Sydney. This position will be responsible for setting and executing pricing strategy across the Personal Health ANZ business, and ensuring that pricing strategies are aligned with Philips Commercial Pricing and Regional headquarters tactical business direction. This role will act as a conduit between Sales and Marketing to drive for improved profitability through product and channel mix. Furthermore, this role will play a key part in initiating and driving operational excellence throughout the business.

**You are responsible for:**

+ Leading the development and execution of commercial policy and implementation of pricing strategy and tools for services by managing end- to- end pricing.

+ Monitor and analyse the portfolio performance against targets and supports the Commercial Team in making corrective actions by providing meaningful insight to the business.

+ Interpreting sales and marketing strategies to balance short term and long term initiatives and ensuring sufficient drivers and projects are identified to support future growth plans.

+ Build relationships with segment managers, regions and relevant Business units to support market strategies and collaboration initiatives.

+ Play a key role in supporting Sales team with terms negotiations

**We are looking for:**

We are looking for an experienced Policy & Pricing professional, who is looking to use their expertise to develop and progress in a global business. You will also have:

+ Tertiary level education in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or Economics;

+ Strong experience working within Marketing / Product Management / Pricing/ Field Marketing;

+ Experience working with Consumer Products is preferred;

+ You will have strong business acumen with ability to synthesize facts and insights concrete actionable recommendations.
