We are wishing to hear from candidates who can fulfil the following:-

  • Immediate commencement
  • Temp with view to permanency (if the candidate be interested, otherwise temp only candidates are also needed)
  • Western Suburbs Location -7km’s from The CBD
  • Full Time business hours preferred and some flexibility can be shown with start and finish times, however for the right candidate.
  • Hold a police clearance valid under 12 months or have a willingness to undergo further criminal history checks.
  • Responsibilities will involve :-

  • Processing Accounts
  • Direct Debits
  • Creditor & Debtor contact
  • Produce and send invoices
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Basic AP/AR Processing
  • Recover outstanding payments
  • Knowledge/experience of CIM pro – advantage
  • Problem solving matters working towards appropriate solutions
  • Extensive communication on email, telephone and at times in person including dealing with people who speak multiple languages

    We have had the joy of placing candidates in their Community Services division prior and are pleased to be entering the market to find their next investment or saving grace. Naturally we are seeking someone with the industry knowledge, so candidates with Aged Care background candidate with Community Services experience is highly sought-after, however at minimum Aged Care administration experience would be essential.

    Attitude, proactivity and positivity is a must. To contribute to the positive culture on site, we are looking for the knowledge, skills and attention to detail for the role, but also the relationship building, positive nature and team orientated approach that contributes to building, fostering and sustaining a long-lasting enjoyable environment in which to work in.

    ON OFFER:-

  • Work-life balance full time hours – 38 hours (Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm)
  • Attractive hourly rate $38 p/hr plus super
  • Co-ordinated on-site training to cover all aspects of the role, with on-site staff support and assistance
  • On-going immediate assignment, with possible further potential for more
  • Existing and established documented processes and procedures for all workflow for this role and all the necessary resources
