The Risk & Compliance department is anintegral part of the Pepper team, making informed and strategic decisions with regards to Credit, FX,Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk. Thisteam is pivotal to the delivery of the Global Risk Management framework.
What we have on offer
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Risk& Compliance division in our journey of becoming the no.1 consumer financehouse in every one of our markets.Operatingout of North Sydney, the purpose of the Compliance Analyst is to assist with the ongoing maintenance of variouscompliance registers, regularly conduct compliance monitoring activities, reviewbusiness operations in regard to AML and support the ongoing implementation ofthe compliance framework to ensure stakeholders are aware of and understand thelaws, regulations, rules, standards and industry codes as they apply toPepper’s Australian businesses.
What We Are Looking for in You
Minimum 3years’ experience in the retail banking/ consumer financial services industry,and 1-2 years’ experience in an AML reporting role, and/or a regulatorycompliance role. You’re experienced incompliance monitoring and have strong technical skills in policy/procedurewriting. You have proven to be self-motivated, driven, highly organisedand thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.You pride yourself on yourexcellence in attention to detail and critical thinking.
You have excellent verbal andwritten communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.You are known to have the ability to remaincalm under pressure and be a problem solver.You are a high performer who operates well within a team environment.You’re highly organised and have the abilityto multitask and deliver high quality work whist maintaining turnaround timesand multiple deadlines.
You are able to workcollaboratively and have impact with internal and external stakeholders at alllevels to provideexemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers.You are a team player and willform part of the existing positive department and company culture.
