Short Description:In the role of PeopleSoft CRM Senior Techno-functional Consultant, you will be working with varied stakeholders (IT Director, Program Manager, Product Owners, Business Users, Application Developers and Application Managers) to handle the business critical requirements. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Location: Canberra, Australia.Skills /Competencies:Essential:•Experience as PeopleSoft CRM consultant’s role in recent past. •Experience in Public Sector / Customer Relationship Management domain. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•Well versed with Agile ways of working •Should be an Australian Citizen having baseline clearance•Extensive experience in developing test plan and test scripts. •Expertise in Designing, Development, Implementation, Customization, Maintenance, Interfacing/ Reporting, Data Conversion, Testing and Post-production migration support•Expertise in PeopleSoft application development using People Tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Approval workflow engine (AWE), Workflows and XML/BI publisher.•Strong working knowledge in RDBMS (SQL, PL/SQL). Programming proficiency in PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, PL/SQL.•Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.Preferred:•At least 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks, with an emphasis on PeopleSoft technologies.•Experience working on a minimum of 2 PeopleSoft CRM implementation/upgrade/support projects.•Experience in working on PeopleSoft CRM 8.9, 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2 application releases.•Exposure to PeopleSoft related technologies such as Application Engine, Application Packages, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface and SQR.•Experience/knowledge on PeopleSoft CRM modules: Helpdesk, Call Center, Reports and Workflows•Experience with end to end functional testing activities.•Stakeholder management, collaboration and leadership qualities.•Experience in preparing business case for large initiatives.•Experience in pre-sales and proposal activitiesAdditional Skills:•Excellent customer interfacing skills.•Strong attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
