Are you an experienced Consulting Director with extensive experience within the Financial Services Industry? Do you understand the business drivers and future strategies of customers as they undertake their digital transformation journey? Can you lead and manage the delivery of complex consulting engagements?

We are looking to grow our team with a committed person to lead the sales and delivery of Consulting engagements, with a strong focus on Financial Services Industry Customers.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to leverage your experience in deep consulting and leadership, to define and shape solutions for our customers. Your day to day role will support the Sales Team and Portfolio teams to drive consultative led selling and go to market strategies as well as industry and technical co-creation activities with customers and partners.

To be successful with your application your experience should showcase:

  • 10 years’ experience in deep consulting and leadership experience, including a proven ability to define and shape solutions for customers
  • 10 year of proven experience in consulting services in business, IT and digital transformation
  • 10 years’ experience developing solutions on proposals and responses for new business, as well as complex multi-year / high value & cost transformation programmes
  • 5 years’ experience consulting in the Financial Services Industry
  • Experience leading consulting sales and delivery across medium to large customers
  • Experience in managing multiple consulting engagements across different customers.
  • Facilitating strategic and operational leadership through application of extensive business, customer and digital experience
  • Proven record of successful people management and inspirational leadership, including managing large scale change and business transformation
  • Developing thought leadership and supporting business change, acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of technology, including current and emerging digital solutions
  • Executive-level, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
