Essential Fire Services is a fire protection company based in Balcatta operating since 2006. We supply, install and service automatic fire detection, suppression systems and passive fire across the Perth Metro area.We are seeking a Contract Specialist  to manage Fire Testing Services across multiple sites for key clients, coordinate service and repairs teams and to be the central contact person with decision makers. This is a leadership role that offers an experienced Fire Tester (Wet & Dry) career advancement towards a management role. As an experienced Tester you will have worked a minimum of  two to three years across the areas listed below related to routine inspection  in accordance with relevant Australian standards:Automatic fire detection systemsSprinkler systemsHydrant systemsSuppression systemsFire rated doorsFire booster pump setsEmergency lighting systemsEmergency warning systemsAs the Contract Specialist you will be responsible for:Scheduling of preventive maintenance Ensuring timely completion of works through the site work order system Upkeep and submitting all reportsQuotingStaff and contractor supervisionLiaison with key Decision makers.Providing a professional service The successful applicant will have the following:Ability to work autonomouslyAbility to understand and interpret Australian standardsAttention to detailAbility to make confident  decisions based on knowledge and experienceFlexibility to take some out of hour calls to assist the on-call technicians when needed. Good Computer skillsWhite Card?C?
