Our Industrial Delivery Team are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team based in our Rhodes Office. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the contractual, commercial and financial management of the Macquarie Exchange project.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with FPI safety systems and policies
  • Assist the Project Manager in the design process
  • Ensure that all construction activities are undertaken in accordance with the Quality Management System
  • Understand the risks and limitations associated with all project legal agreements and requirements
  • Prepare all required tenders
  • Prepare and update project budgets
  • Identify areas of risk, exposure and opportunity 
  • Prepare monthly reports related to project performance
  • Understand the company sustainability obligations
  • Support the Project Manager in managing key stakeholder relationships both internal and external to the company
  • As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification combined with prior experience in commercial built form delivery
  • Demonstrated understanding of design, building regulations, sustainability and contract management
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
