Core Systems Support Analyst

As the Core Systems Support Analyst you will be responsible for theoperational support, maintenance, change and configuration of theorganisation’s core banking platform. As a member of the Core Systems team youwill play an integral role in ensuring ongoing system performance, stability,delivering change and event monitoring while mitigating risk and pro-activelypreventing and resolving incidents on the core banking platform

Essential Experience

-Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
-Previous experience as a senior applications developer or technical support analyst on the TCS BaNCS Core Banking platform
-Proven advanced technical skills in REXX, CICS and DB2 on an IBM mainframe environment
-Experience with JCL, other scripting languages and CA Workload Automation ESP Edition
-Previous experience with TCS BaNCS product in particular the configuration and Parameters
-Ability to participate in a 24 x 7 on-call support roster
-Excellent problem solving and project coordination skills
-Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
-Good understanding of software development and infrastructure life cycle methodologies
