Your Impact

As the CRM Learning Design & Delivery Specialist, your new role will see you responsible for providing nib employees with the skills, knowledge and support for the successful implementation and adoption of CRM Products across the nib Group. This hands-on role of designing and delivering Salesforce platform learning experiences as part of our CRM change management activities. More specifically, this 3-year contract role will also see you;

  • Design, develop and deliver effective learning solutions to upskill employees with new CRM Products, business processes and/or capabilities to improve employee experience, enhance organisational performance and deliver the CRM product benefits
  • Work with CRM team, change manager and business leaders to identify learning needs related to Salesforce and CRM Products through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers
  • Review and update existing Salesforce and CRM Product training programs on the Learning Curriculum and nib group platform
  • Work closely with the L&D and OD teams to upskill L&D Business Partners in systems, processes, and Salesforce strategy

    Your Background

    You will bring a passion for innovative learning approaches which strongly connect to driving cultural change and capability.

    As an experienced learning and development professional, your previous experience in digital learning design and facilitating learning programs to small and large groups, including virtual classrooms.

    You’ll be a team player with demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders, who thrives on building effective relationships across all business levels. You will also have;

  • Proven experience in a hands on Salesforce platform learning program development & delivery role (desired)
  • Positive, pro-active and collaborative approach
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or relevant industry experience
  • Proven ability to deliver training programs to small and large groups, including virtual classrooms
  • Demonstrated capability in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Advanced level computer skills, including Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in the organisation
  • Willingness to keep up to date with developments in learning, technology change and insurance industry
