CRM & Marketing Executive

The Blue Box. Tiffany & Co. have defined luxury-style, the exemplary innovators renowned for the world’s most exquisite designs. From our designs to our people, we dare to push the boundaries of what is possible – what in our imaginations could possibly exist within the Blue Box It”s this ingenuity and creativity that has made Tiffany & Co. the world’s most recognizable luxury brand with close to 300 stores worldwide. As our organization continues to grow, we are offering a rare opportunity for a CRM & Marketing Executive to join our PR & Marketing team. A career as unique as you are. Based at our Sydney CBD Luxury Head Offices and reporting directly to the Marketing Director of the Australia and New Zealand market, this role will support the Marketing team to plan and execute customer-centric media and CRM activations for Australia & New Zealand markets, to support new consumer recruitment and increase repeat rate with existing clients.  In your role you will: Support development of AU & NZ Marketing, Media and CRM communication strategies and activationManage day-to-day operations on all aspects of paid media and CRM communication, alongside the Marketing Manager including briefing vendors with deliverablesPartner with vendors to deliver briefs and delivery media and CRM communications material and on timeCoordinate production across media and CRM communicationsManage EDM Calendar including scheduling, planning and setting KPI’s and measuring resultsClosely track media and CRM campaign CPS and seek to trouble shoot timing movements / delays as they ariseCoordinate the segmentation of client lists for catalogue mail outs, events or other outreach initiatives. Set KPI’s and report on post-campaign resultsSupport Marketing Manager on data collation & reporting on paid dashboard metrics and competitive media Liaise with relevant departments in Regional/Central to communicate needs, ideas, key enhancements and issues/opportunities to ensure system effectivenessManage Customer data hygiene by collating and cleaning data A career with Tiffany Say Yes. To be successful in this role, you will have:Bachelor’s Degree or last year of Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years sales experience ideally within luxury retail or hospitality.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) systemExceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities; Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-taskSelf-motivation to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  In return, we will offer you a competitive salary package, industry training, career opportunities, company benefits and a collaborative work environment in our luxury offices in the heart of Sydney. Blue Box.
