The Public Trustee Queensland (PTQ) has several short-term and casual opportunities available from time to time. We are keen to develop a pool of candidates who may be interested in regular and irregular work opportunities in one of more of the following locations: Southport, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Brisbane, Brendale, Redcliffe, Noosa, Maryborough, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns.Salary: $26 to $31.50 per hour + casual loading (when applicable) + superannuation.
About the role
The Public Trustee Queensland (PTQ) is calling for expressions of interest from dedicated Customer Administrative Officers to be the first point of contact for our customers, either by phone or in person, providing quality and compassionate customer service. You will be accountable to deliver excellent face to face, telephone and administration services to our customers by maintaining a welcoming and professional manner. Daily you will be required to attend to individual enquiries by taking a helpful approach, establishing the purpose of the visit or call, assessing the service required and providing an appropriate response. Respecting diversity and responding promptly to our customer’s needs, you will be kind, patient and resilient, ensuring the very best possible service is delivered to our customers.
