Applicants must have a right to work in Australia as Google is currently unable to sponsor a visa for this position.Minimum qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.+ 6 years of experience in security solutions for enterprise B2B software or security operations within a consumer internet company.+ Experience delivering technical presentations and live demonstrations of security solutions.+ Experience addressing CIO and CISO concerns about the security and compliance risks.Preferred qualifications:+ Experience with and understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2/3 audit, FedRamp, PCI, HIPAA, and other security and compliance certifications.+ Technical sales or consulting experience in security, risk management, compliance and security controls at the systems, network and application level.+ Experience with network security technology (, threat detection and prevention systems, firewalls, and DDOS prevention solutions).+ Understanding of data protection technology including encryption, key management, data loss prevention, and hardware security modules.+ Understanding of identity management systems including directories, access servers, authorization services, identity provisioning and governance systems. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.As a Customer Engineer for Security, you’ll periodically serve as a Google representative when liaising with regulators and the public as it relates to our Google Cloud solutions.
