Customer Service Representative
Work within a fantastic state government organisation answering inbound calls from members of the public.
This is a great opportunity to work for a state government organisation that prides themselves on their customer service to the public. You will be answering inbound calls from members of the public handling State Debt enquiries for Revenue NSW, including updating customer information, taking payments, fielding enquiries and processing customer request for reviews related to debt.
Initially this contract is starting 23rd September until 1st December but has the possibility of extension
Please note: That you will be on a rotating roster for this role working Monday – Friday between 7am and 7pm. Hours per day will be 7 and hours per week will be 35.
You will be an experienced Customer Service Representative or administrator who is looking to work within a call centre environment.
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a national police check.
