CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Location: South Auckland- Auckland Airport

Salary: $22 an hour

Hours: Mainly Mon to Fri shifts anywhere from 7am to 10pm (Rotating shifts)

Some weekend work is required occasionally

Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with our client to recruit a several Customer Service Advisors for their busy Contact Centre based in South Auckland.

The main purpose of this key role to answer inbound calls from customers and handle their queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for high volumes of inbound calls from customers
  • Solving customer queries in a timely and efficient fashion
  • Entering customer information into the system
  • General admin and data entry when required
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (face to face or over the phone)
  • Problem solving
  • Contact Centre experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Typing skills (60wpm)
  • Great phone manger
